VT Markets will combine your trade done on all your eligible trading accounts into the calculation towards the trading requirement from this offer.
Rewards from this offer are non-transferable and can be used by account holders only.
To claim rewards from this offer, participants can confirm their eligibility by contacting their account manager, or email to [email protected] with the details of reward they wish to claim.
Participants need to contact VT Markets before 30/11/2024 to confirm their eligibility. Participants will waive the right to receive the prize automatically if the said time has expired.
VT Markets will review and process participants’ applications within 21 calendar days and winners will be notified via email.
The reward items can be redeemed as a cashback to the participant’s trading account, with a 20% value deduction from the value listed on the terms above
If VT Markets can’t deliver the gift(s) due to force majeure (e.g., out of stock, logistics issues), Clients agree to receive the promotion’s value as a balance credited to their account based on the item value listed above.
The value of the reward is USD-based. Your rewards will be adjusted accordingly if your nominated trading account is not denominated in USD.
The above prizes are mainly based on the actual purchase of goods, any specific request for style, model and color will not be entertained.
The rewards listed are subject to availability. VT Markets cannot guarantee that the prizes offered will be available during the time of redemption. Clients acknowledge and agree to receive the value of the promotion in the form of a balance credited into their account, should VT Markets be unable to ship the prize under this promotion or if the prize is no longer available for purchase.
VT Markets shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in providing the prizes to the client. VT Markets will use all reasonable endeavors to provide the prize to the client within 30 days after the client’s eligibility is confirmed.
VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense, or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the use of the offer.
VT Markets reserves the right to stop or refuse the client’s participation in the promotion if any of these rules are breached or there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.
Fraudulent, multiple, or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted. VT Markets will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
VT Markets reserves the right to deduct any reward amounts after the reward is claimed in case of a breach. Participants may lose eligibility if there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.
The deposit and trading volume used to apply for this offer may not be used to apply for any other offer provided by VT Markets.
This program can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.
Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by VT Markets at its sole discretion.
