VT Markets is a proud member of the Financial Commission, an independent external body committed to resolving disputes and complaints within the forex market. Focused on fair and efficient conflict resolution, the Financial Commission provides traders with an additional layer of security through its Compensation Fund, which acts as insurance for clients of its member firms.
If a dispute with VT Markets remains unresolved, clients have the option to escalate their complaint to the Financial Commission as per the terms outlined in the Client Agreement. The Compensation Fund ensures coverage for judgments issued by the Financial Commission, offering protection of up to €20,000 per client (subject to Terms & Conditions).
