    Yes, you can. If your internet connection is stable, all trading operations will be synchronised across all logged-in devices. However, the trading journals will be respectively recorded on each device.

    Can I open multiple demo accounts using one email address?

    Yes, there is no limitation on how many demo accounts you can have at any time.

    How do I open an additional account?

    Go to “Orders” > “More” > “Account” > “Add Account” and select different account types.

    How do I change my account currency?

    We do not support changing the account currency. You can go to “Orders” > “More” > “Account” > “Add Account” to open additional accounts with the same name in different currencies.

    How to close my trading account?

    We do not support manual closing of MT4 trading accounts. Please withdraw all funds in the account and log off for 90 days. The system will automatically close the account after the requirements are met.

    What do I do if I can’t provide a valid Proof of Residence?

    You can submit it later. A valid Proof of Residence is required for withdrawals.

    If you do not have a valid document under your name, you may submit a secondary photo ID, such as a copy of your passport, driving license, or national ID, which has not been used as a proof of your identity.

    What should I do if I forget the password of my Forex App trading account?

    Demo accounts are set to expire after 90 days of inactivity.

    If the demo account is still active, ensure that you are using the correct account number, password, then follow the instructions on the APP to register new account.

    When your swap-free account has been approved, simply select the right account number and choose your preferred deposit method.

    1. After successfully logging in to the App, please tap the “Deposit” icon in the middle of the navigation bar at the bottom page.
    2. Tap the “Cryptocurrency” or “USDT” icon.
    3. Fill in the amount of deposit. Then, tap the “Next” button.
    4. You will be transferred to another page. Please confirm whether your Cryptocurrency wallet and amount of deposit are all correct. After confirmation, please tick the “I have read and accepted…” and tap the “Copy address” button.
    5. Log into your Cryptocurrency wallet account to complete the transaction procedures.

    1. Please note that the “requested deposit amount” should equal the “actual deposit amount.” Any mismatch between these numbers might cause a delay or make the deposit fail.
    2. Please fill in the deposit notes based on the instructions and be aware of the correctness of the payee’s Cryptocurrency wallet address.
    3. If you need to deposit several times, please do not directly transfer the funds to the previous Cryptocurrency wallet address.

    Why can't I view my deposit?

    It is likely that we haven’t received the funds. If you use a debit/credit card to deposit but the funds are not visible, the transaction may not have gone through due to an issue from your bank/provider that results in the transaction being blocked.

    If you have been charged, please contact your bank/provider to resolve the issue.

    How long does it take for a deposit to be available in my account?

    Deposits will be reflected in your account within 30-60 minutes.

    This is subject to the processing time of the bank/provider. For UnionPay channels or mobile payment, you will generally receive funds within 1-3 working days. For international wire transfers, it will take 2-5 working days.

    The processing time varies depending on your withdrawal method. Withdrawals via credit/debit card or wire transfer usually are completed within 3-7 working days.

    USDT withdrawals are processed within 1-3 working days, subjective to cryptocurrency market changes.

    What is the rollover

    In financial markets, futures contracts of different cycles all need to execute physical or cash deliveries on the expiration dates, while the expiration dates of CFDs in derivative markets are rolled over by extending the contracts to the next cycle, i.e. “rollover”.

    Price differences exist in futures contracts that have the same object but in different cycles. That said, the trend is consistent. Investors will be able to hold their futures contract positions during rollover days and to collect or pay the price differences between the new and original contracts according to their holding contract volumes.

    Futures products that are currently available on VT Markets are VIX, USDX, UKOUSDft, CL-OIL, CHINA50ft, DAX40ft, DJ30ft, FTSE100ft, HK50ft, NAS100ft, and SP500ft.
