VT Markets Loyalty Program (ClubBleu) General Terms and Conditions

This Offer is available from 1 December 2022.

1. Membership Eligibility and Enrolment

   1. The VT Markets Loyalty Program (herein “Program”, “ClubBleu”) is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (Company Number: 201902 GB) (referred to as “we”, “our”, the “Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

   2. This Program is void where prohibited by law.

   3. This Program is open to VT Markets’ clients who have funded their trading accounts. Please contact rewards@vtmarkets.com if you are unsure about your eligibility.

   4. By joining the Program and becoming a Program member, you (individually and collectively, “you,” “your,” or “Program Member”) acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions for all offers under this Program, and all other relevant legal document provided by the company. you cannot participate in the Program if you do not agree to these Terms.

   5. This Program is open to all types of trading accounts offered by VT Markets.

   6. To become a Program member, you must make a deposit of any amount via any deposit method supported by VT Markets. Your enrolment to this Program will then be confirmed via a welcome email sent from the Company and the “ClubBleu Pass” tab will become available for use on your Client Portal.

2. How the Program Works

   1. This Program is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal traders for depositing, trading, and/or taking other Program-related actions. For your deposits and trades to qualify for the Program, you must be enrolled in the Program first.

   2. You are able to earn points and reach Program loyalty tiers by making deposits, trading, or taking certain other Program actions. Once you reach a certain loyalty tier and/or earn a certain number of points, you may be eligible for certain benefits and rewards applicable to that tier and/or number of points.

   3. The benefits may change from time to time and may be offered on a limited basis. Eligible Program actions to reach Program loyalty tiers or earn points will be posted on the Company’s website, Client Portal or other means (e.g., in marketing communications, social media, etc.). You may visit our Help Centre to learn more about earning points and reaching the Program loyalty tiers.

   4. The VT Markets Loyalty Program is a tier-based program determined by the amount of deposit a member has made since his/her registration is approved by the Company. There are 3 tier levels with associated benefits:

      3	Gold Tier	Make at least USD 20,000 deposit or equivalent
      4	Platinum Tier	Make at least USD 100,000 deposit or equivalent

      You will be automatically placed in Tier 1 and be eligible for all the benefits Tier 1 members receive When you join the Program. You will be automatically moved up to a higher tier once you meet the qualifications listed above.

   5. Your member tier progress will be deducted if you remain inactive (no trading activities) for a full calendar month. This deduction may impact your tier level. You may follow the prompt in the “ClubBleu” section and reinstate your progress by making more deposits to your trading accounts.

   6. As a Program Member, you are entitled to receive 1 T-Point (“Point”) for every USD 2,000 increment in notional trading value traded with the Company. No points will be awarded for increments below this threshold.

   7. Only closed trades that open for more than 3 minutes (180 seconds) will be counted towards this Program.

   8. No Points will be given for all trades executed on credit bonuses.

   9. Trades used for other promotional offers provided by the Company will be counted towards this Program unless explicitly stated otherwise.

   10. Points acquired during the present month must be utilised within the next 12 months; the Points will expire beyond this timeframe.

3. The Program Benefits and Rewards

   1. You are entitled to your tier levels and tier benefits by depositing and trading. To redeem offers and rewards, you must have accumulated the minimum number of Points as established by us for a particular benefit.

   2. To use your benefits, you must log in to your Client Portal and go to the “ClubBleu Pass” Section. You will find your eligible offers and rewards (with offer codes if applicable) listed in your ClubBleu Section.

   3. Qualifying Program Members will receive email invitations when event rewards are available if they have not opted-out of receiving Program emails.

   4. Certain rewards and benefits are based on tier level achieved and you are eligible for these benefits while you are in that tier, regardless of the number of Points you currently have. You may find your Tier Benefits under “ClubBleu Pass” Section in your Client Portal.

   5. Certain rewards and benefits are available while supplies last and substitutions made by us in our sole discretion may occur.

   6. Neither accounts nor Program rewards, benefits, tier levels and/or Points may be transferred, shared, or combined.

   7. Rewards and benefits issued to you cannot be exchanged or returned for Points or other Rewards and benefits.

   8. VT Markets is not responsible for rewards, benefits, and/or Points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity.

   9. VT Markets reserves the right to change Program rewards and benefits, how you reach each tier level, how you earn points and how we evaluate and reward your eligible trades/deposits and/or other Program activities.

   10. VT Markets reserves the right to place limits on the number of redemptions or other activities that are eligible for the Program and/or for any given tier level or Point.

   11. If you have concerns that a deposit, trade, or other activity was not properly applied to your account, you should contact VT Markets Customer Service via email at rewards@vtmarkets.com. Your email must specify your name and email address associated with the Program, the date of the Program activity, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent no more than thirty (30) days after the date the Program activity took place. VT Markets is not responsible for late notifications about Program activities not being credited to an account.

   12. All rewards and benefits can only be redeemed within the “ClubBleu Pass” Section in your Client Portal unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Program Communications

   1. By enrolling in the Program, you will be automatically subscribed to receive and consent to receiving VT Markets marketing emails and Program-related emails.

   2. You may opt-out of receiving VT Markets marketing emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email or as otherwise provided. However, operational emails will still be sent to you as they relate to your membership in the Program. Examples of these include but are not limited to: a redemption confirmation email, a new points acquisition email, a profile update email, or other communications that relate to your account.

5. Termination and Modification

   1. This Program and its rewards and benefits are offered at the company’s sole discretion. VT Markets may, at our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate these Program Terms, our FAQs, and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.

   2. VT Markets reserves the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your membership at any time, in our sole discretion. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Program Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, or other conduct inconsistent with these Program Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorized use of any Program benefits and rewards, including Points, credits, vouchers, coupons and/or physical and virtual gifts, may result in the temporary or permanent revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program.

   3. If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Program and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, at our sole discretion.

   4. VT Markets may at any time make changes to these Terms and Conditions and without prior notice. You are advised to revisit these Terms on VT Markets’ website regularly. Your continued use of our website and services reflects that you accept any of such modified terms.

   5. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version will govern and shall prevail.

   6. If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the Program, you may cancel your membership at any time by opting-out via contacting rewards@vtmarkets.com

6. Limitation of Liability

   1. As a Program Member, you agree that you will comply with all of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. You understand that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions and for the consequences of any such breach, including but not limited to any loss or damage that the Company may suffer.

   2. VT Markets is not responsible for any losses that are not caused by our breach of these Terms and Conditions, or through negligence or indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us (for example, loss of profits).

   3. VT Markets is not responsible for its failure to meet any obligations under the Terms and Conditions due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.

7. Indemnification

   1. As a Program Member, you agree to compensate us fully, indemnify and hold us — our officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers — harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, costs, damages, and losses, as a result of or in relation to your action or inaction. This is inclusive of legal fees, arising from or related to any breach of the Terms and Conditions by you, including the use by any other persons accessing this Program using your trading account.

8. Disputes Handling

   1. This Program is construed in accordance with and governed by applicable laws.

   2. The provisions of this Program are intended to be interpreted in a manner that makes them valid, legal, and enforceable. In the event any provisions are found to be partially or wholly invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, said provisions shall be modified or restricted to the extent and in a manner that is necessary to render it valid, legal, and enforceable. It is understood and agreed between the parties that such modification or restriction may be accomplished unilaterally by VT Markets, or by disposition of an arbitrator or a court of law. If such provisions cannot under any circumstances be so modified or restricted, they shall be excised from the Program Terms without affecting the validity, legality, or enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.

9. Risk Disclaimer

   1. This Program is not designed to alter or influence an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their trading strategies. Clients should ensure that they operate their trading accounts in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level.

   2. VT Markets will not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages which may occur as a result of this offer, and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.

   3. Your participation in the Program is at your own risk. This Program and all content in the Program are presented on an “as is” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the program, including, but without limitation, the implied warranties of title, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Privacy

    1. The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program will be used and disclosed by us in accordance with the VT Markets Privacy Policy.

    2. We use and retain the information we collect to, among other things, detect security incidents and protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity — including attempts to manipulate accumulated Program rewards, benefits and/or violate these Terms and Conditions.
