“Welcome to VT Markets (IN)” (herein the “Offer”) is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (herein “the Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is available from 23/10/2024 to 08/03/2025 (herein the “Offer Period” ).
2. This offer is available to all new clients of VT Markets, who have registered a live account with VT Markets and reside in the following countries/regions:

3. New clients must open a new live account with VT Markets (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new account and participating in this offer with VT Markets, you (herein the “Participant” or “Client”) acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’ General Terms and Conditions.
4. To participate in this offer, you must:
   1. Opt-in to this offer via clicking “Join now” button on the campaign page [https://www.vtmarkets.com/in/cash-back-offer/]
   2. Register your trading account via the campaign page [ https://www.vtmarkets.com/in/cash-back-offer/ ]between 23/10/2024 to 23/01/2025 (herein the “Registration Period” );
   3. Fund your account with at least $200 (or equivalent) during the promotion period;
   4. Trade on the Eligible Products provided by VT Markets within 45 calendar days after your account registration (herein the “Trading Period” ).

5. Eligible participants will receive a $2 per standard lot cashback on trades placed on the Eligible Products during the Trading Period.

6. The reward you are able to receive from this offer is capped at $1000.
7. Only closed trades will be counted towards this offer
8. The trading volume will be rounded down to the nearest lot to calculate the cashback amount in this offer.
9. Only one trading account is allowed to participate in this offer per eligible participant. In case that the Participant more than 1 trading accounts with trading volume meets the requirement of this offer, VT Markets shall calculate the cashback rewards using the trading account with the highest volume.

10. The rewards will be credited to your trading account before the next 20th day of the month after the Trading Period is completed.

11. VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense, or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the use of the offer.

12. VT Markets reserves the right to stop or refuse the client’s participation in the promotion if any of these rules are breached or there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

13. Fraudulent, multiple, or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted. VT Markets will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

14. The deposit and trading volume used to apply for this offer may not be used to apply for any other offer provided by VT Markets.

15. VT Markets reserves the right to deduct any reward amounts after the reward is claimed in case of a breach. Participants may lose eligibility if there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

16. This program can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.

17. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by VT Markets at its sole discretion.
